Religion and Anime Paper Topics

Religion and Anime Paper TopicsLet's face it, there is an inherent conflict when it comes to religion and anime. And to be honest, if you want to discuss religion in anime or comics, then I would suggest that you take a step back and focus on more universal concepts. What I mean by this is, instead of focusing on general religious backgrounds of characters, let's take a look at some specific issues such as the problem of reincarnation. One very interesting aspect of these discussions is that, while some religions do believe in the concept of reincarnation, others do not.But what I'm talking about isn't just a simple matter of belief; it is actually an issue that requires careful analysis and justification. And because I'm quite fond of religion myself, I've decided to write about this particular issue in my opinions in the fields of religion and anime. One common misunderstanding is that reincarnation is simply just about psychological or direct psychological effects. A lot of the stor ies about reincarnation involve metaphysical and spiritual concepts such as karma, or the idea that 'if you have done something bad, you must pay for it'.Now I'm not trying to belittle the issue of reincarnation in Anime and Manga. It is indeed a very intriguing subject. However, it seems that anime and manga fans are more drawn to the science fiction aspect of such concepts.Take, for example, what most Anime fans claim is the Japanese answer to the Sphinx. In a very common fictional story, a Sphinx was once just a figure of mystery, and a true symbol of the Japanese religion. But as the years went by, the people of Japan came to understand that the figure had some sort of unique power and began to worship it. And after a certain amount of time, they gained a little more knowledge of its various benefits - which they were not aware of before - and with time, the media began to depict the creature as a symbol of the Catholic Church. This sort of situation has lead to a rather surprisin g trend in Japan: instead of beginning to worship the abstract figure, they are beginning to endow it with a more abstract symbol. This brings us to the second part of my opinions on religion and anime - how can we try to incorporate more modern science into our discussion of religion and anime?
